Probably not a bad deal, but that motor sure looks awfully greasy.

Back side of the jug is dark too from oil, i bet its got a leak at the o-ring at the head gasket. Could even be the intake valve adjustment cap i have seen them leak a lot too. I would powerwash it down and degrease it and find the link, a top end gasket set and some cleanup would probably take care of it. For that price i would buy it.
