I'm getting to old for kids, and all the women around here are bi-polar anyhow.

I never realized how many problems I had until I got married and the wife pointed them all out

Maybe I'll start going to church :D

Here are a couple from quite a few years ago. Don't have any new one with him on his Z400.

That little Unison Desert Cat was a nice quad.

Awesome pics everyone. I can't wait to have kids. I'm going to own so many more toys and blame it on them lol. My Wife cut me off on quads and three wheelers but once kids come in the mix, they are going to need stuff to ride!

My two enjoyed riding anything I could get running. They're pretty much adults now but still love to get on the trikes.

Here she is at on a pocket bike I was fixing in 2003 (Dang! Time flies!). She went for her first bike ride when she was a couple months old. Sill likes them, but loves my YTM now. As an only child she knows it will be hers one day and constantly inquires about the status of my heath in a sinister way.

On the flip side…anybody ever have to deal with a destructive or wild kid? A good friend of mine came up recently to help with a job and brought his 5 yr old son…who acted completely insane. He was taunting/harassing our dog to the point where the dog was in obvious distress, bouncing off the walls non-stop, and intentionally ramming my son's quad into things (including my garage, where he crushed the antique rainspout). I don't know how to approach this, but I was correcting him more than his own Father…who wouldn't put his foot down when it was painfully obvious that my family and I were becoming uncomfortable. He's one of my best and oldest friends and I don't want to offend him. Just venting, but it was to the point that my Wife and I agreed that we don't want our kids around his son unless he chills out. Man, I feel like a royal dick.

Sounds like you need to have a man to man talk and express you concerns in a kind way. You can only control your own actions, so you don't want to do this with a full head of steam, nor in front of an audience. I say invite him for a few beers and just bring it up when you feel comfortable. IMO, most kids grow out of that crap eventually. But, without proper discipline, f'd up kids grow to be f'd up adults that struggle to grasp reality. All you can do is try and raise your kids to be good adults. Good luck.

Got 4 girls, yeah 4. I already know I'm gonna work til I die, so you don't need to remind me. With that said I wouldn't change it for the world.

Don't feel bad for addressing the issues with lack of discipline. It is such a butthurt world most people will not address it to the guy and he may not even recognize how bad the problem is. Just do it diplomatic and with respect. If he gets offended, too bad..it is your property and his family should have respect for it. If not, then it is someone you probably dont want around as the apple don't fall far from the tree. I see people's kids acting up in public places, and I say something. Idgaf if they get pissed or not. If those kids are disruptive to others around them and the parents let it happen, I let them know.
This society is so far removed form discipline it is sicknening. I grew up in a time where your parents beat your ass in a store when you threw a fit, and it was perfectly legal and the right thing to do.

Now parents just give them "love" when the kids act up after a brief "time out" in which the wifi is turned off for 5 minutes. Sickening..
