Anyone have a method for cleaning the liner in your helmet if it's the non-removable type? After sweating a river in mine, it's time for a cleaning.

All I do is pick out the excess hair and use the shop-vac if there is dirt in it. I would suggest using a sponge with soap and water to wipe it out...then go over it with a sponge with water to wash out some of the soap and let it dry.

What I use is the citris soap . You know like mechanics use . It breaks down the oil from your sweat . Get the inside wet and put a fair amount in . Scrub it with a fingernail brush or the like . Rinse it out real good and let it dry .

Well this really wouldn't be cleaning it, BUT, you could take like some of those spray-in car fresheners and it would mask the smell.
