Whats a good handle bar swap for my 250sx?

Im 6'2" and like to stand up alot while i trail ride...my problem is the handle bars on my 250sx are to low for standing up,(and holding on he hehttp://www.3wheelerworld.com/images/smilies/naughty.gif) any of you folks found a good bar replacement that's a bit taller and still has a wide enough spread at the clamps to fit BESIDES APE HANGERS? thanks for your tips

I like the f bend I think they are made by fly. they are cheap too. I rode a 250r that had them and they were nice bars

I don't own any, but a lot of my buddies run those Pro Tapers. I really like how they look.

I use the atv mid bend on my 86 ATC 250r im 6 foot and also stand up alot trail riding. Im gonna get a set of the ROX speed FX anti vibe adjustable risers for this summer.

the 250 sx's have a wider area between handlebar clamps than any other honda atc. i have 3 250 sx's and sent 6 off for scrap. a few had aftermarket bars and none of them fit. they fit my 250 r and little bikes fine but not the sx. you end up tightening down the clamps outside of the flat area of the bars. i never rode them like that but it may have worked alright. just saying measure that area and ask before you spend good money on bars

Good info to know, I flipped my sx lately, so I was half thinking about ebaying some aftermarket ones, but I think I'll stick to the stock ones. Btw I'm 6'1, never had problems with the handle bars for the OEM ones.

maybe i should also ask if anyone knows of a good riser swap? taller riser? not really looking for a major dif from stock, just an extra inch or two. Thanks for all the tips BTW !!
Just bought another engine for my SX because third gear has been missing from my trike...think i want to swap them out, ride the new (used) engine while im getting the original worked over, This will incourage me to go threw the rest of the trike and REALLY do a fine restore job
