I'm looking to change hubs and to widen it, s narrow as it is its too easy t get it up on 2 wheels sideways lol. I tried my 300ex hubs, not even close to fitting, axle was much too large in diameter to fit my 300ex hubs which mean its not going to fit my any of my other honda hubs either... Sooo... I saw it says raptor hubs fit, is this any model/size raptor hubs? I can get tusk extended hubs for it if so, and I have good luck with those so far. Also, I could use some carrier bearings if anyone knows of a good source.

I keep seeing banshee axles work, will they work with all stock parts, sprocket hub, brake system etc?

I run a banshee axle in mine, with a banshee sprocket hub, but a stock one will work also, tri-z brake hub, and tri z hubs, i fliped my rims to get the extra width, works good, also Allballs bearings for the carrier

And do I need to buy a new lock nut for the dura blue or will stock one be okay?

for the idle speed cant you just adjust one of the knobs on the carb? I have no idea how a tri z carb is so I may be way off lol. The knobs should be on the side and on the bottom where a flat head will fit. Turn it one way or the other most likely to the left.

Good luck!

Cant find anything on the carb that resembles an idle adjustment. And do I need to buy a new lock nut for the dura blue or will stock one be okay?

What tires are you guys running on the front of your z's? I cant find anything that even looks like it would work well as a front in stock size. Maybe the Kenda K532?

After much looking, I went ahead ond picked up a Kenda K532 Klaw XCF 25x8-12, and paired it to Kenda Gnarly XC 22x11-9's should be okay I guess.

Update, Upon much scrutiny, turned out the axle was bent right at the point the diameter tapers near the hub, rim and hub were ok, I had a complete spare swingarm with axle and carrier bearings so I took carrier off and swapped it out for the other and problem solved. Here's some photo's. I flipped rims for some extra width, it's 47" wide now lol. Ordered a durablue eliminator 2+2 and tusk hubs, I'm dead set on 52" now and With the DWT Fusion 2+6 offsets I should be able to dial the width in just right so that its not so happy to try to roll lol.

The Tri-z Dwarfs the 350, more ground clearance, much higher seat, Beefier everything... It weighs quite abit more too but holy hell will this thing run. All thats done to it is Boysen Power Reeds, DG Silencer, Uni Air Filter, Jetted and a Twist throttle but it's scary how fast it accelerates, I thought the 350 was mean till I rode this thing lol.
