Help me decide?

Ive got this 1978 kawasaki km 100 blue enduro and the engine is all there, but its in pieces. Everything else looks amazing and is all there. Theres this guy that wants to trade a honda 125 4 wheeler for it, because he has out grown it... No pics yet, but would this be a good deal?

It all depends what condition the 125 looks like, if its nice I would go for it

I wld do it if the 125 is ready to go
