82 Honda 250r

Just found a guy selling an 82 250r for $250. Is it a good deal. I have never ride a twostroke or a cloth type bike. Lets hear your thoughts guys

Hard to tell without pics.

But having said that, if it runs and is at least rideable to a degree in my opinion it's worth $250. It would have to be pretty beat to not be worth that round my parts.
