I am trying to replace the clutch shoes on my ATC200es but the case on the oil stick side wont come off...
I have unscrewed all the screws but it won't budge. Am I doing soemthing wrong?

Give it some good "love taps" woth a rubber mallet. Probably sticking to the dowels.

Got it off :) Does the clutch look alright? The reflection makes it hard to see.

You will love the improvement the new clutch shoes make. I did my manual clutch plates and springs while i was in there too because they are cheap money. Although you need a special socket to take the manual clutch off, since the one I ordered from honda didn't fit I managed without it but not recommended.

Do you have a pulling tool, I think thats the way to go. I'll find out in the next few days, I just recieved my NOS 1way bearing and will be installing this week. Keep up the good work and keep is posted!
