thoughts on honda 250 trx 86 model?

there is a trx 250cc honda on craigslist near my home for 900.00 I have a 250sx three wheeler now that i love, and have learned a bit about its qwurks and common issues...any thoughts on what issues i might find with this four wheeler? Same as my SX ? thinkin about trying to talk him down to 700. thanks folks

Those machines are more comparable to a 250es.

a 86 trx250r is a great quad. buy it. just beware since its so old you will prolly be replacing chain, sprockets bearings and tie rods to start unless you found a survivor

welp turbo coupe, i believe he's talking about the utility 250 with racks = as to comparing it to his sx.... they are kinda stiff with that front suspension but great on a farm...
