It got pretty darn cold but riding this thing on those fast roads up the mountain was a blast! We probably hit snow around 4,000 feet or so and were forced to turn around! The jetting got pretty rich and my sparkplug may be fouled a little but overall the machine performed flawlessly and hung with the cr450r I was riding with!

This was pretty high up in elevation, where I live we are only about a 1,000ft above sea level and we hardly ever get snow. The fenders are cool, since most 250r's are red but I need to restore the color some. They have gotten a little dull but I am afraid of ruining them.lol

Those plastics look the same as the rumored 87 250r, but you probably already know that, for lookin how long you've been on here, but if you don't go to the home page and click on the side where it says 87 250r and 87 350x and you'll see the pics.

It's kind of sad looking at my post count and join date!lol I went through my old posts and read them when I came back and it's amazing how dumb I was back then, it's probably a good thing I only had 15 posts when I came back! I have seen those sections before you are talking about. These fenders were made by Maier but were discontinued a few years ago, they are a low profile design for flat track racing. I got quite a few PM's from people wanting to but them but after seeing how much shipping would cost I deemed it not worth the money unless someone could pick them up.

I can't wait for the snow to melt here. Still about a foot deep.

That is one thing I like about this place! If you wanna ride in the snow all you gotta do is go up the mountains or stay down in the valley to ride on flat, dry ground!

It was a lot of fun for sure, in the pic of us stuck, you can blame it all on the dirtbike! lol He came to a stop after losing forward momentum but with the snow being hard packed and the extra rear tire was keeping me on top until I had to stop when he did. We went through a bunch more snow on a different road going back down and he had me plow through the softer stuff first, so he could get through easier. Overall it was a really fun trip up and nothing beats power sliding this trike around turns with the throttle nailed to it's stop, it would have been even better if I had a Go-Pro!

Great pics, love the trike, that thing looks sweet! I love riding in snow, but, I just got hit with close to two feet of the white stuff. Pretty much ready for a melt so I can ride the trails behind my house.

Thank guys! I might go for another ride this weekend but I'm not sure yet. This time it will not involve snow though, I might go to a local riding area that should be pretty dry and warmer!lol

Can I legally marry this machine? I haven't had so much fun riding a quad or any other three Wheeler in my life! I ended up riding in the same area again but its a great area for this thing! I rode today without my 3" wheel spacers and I could definitely tell a difference in stability, so they are going back on! I really need to get a Go-Pro!
