i was going to put in a new spark plug on this atc 125m i just bought, and noticed it didnt have a terminal nut on the end of the plug, just the threads show.
then i go buy new ones..DR8es-l's which are stock NGK;s, and noticed new out the box they dont have terminal nuts on them..
what am i missing here, arent they needed to get a snug secure fit to the spark plug Cap...??

The honda plug caps snag onto the threaded stud, they don't need the cap.

sounds like there are two kinds of caps. one for nuts and one for not...
somewhere down the line tho, i think this atc had its plug cap changed.
on a positive note, the old plug was a great chocolate tan color..

Hello
Yes if your plug boot was changed just unscrew the plug cap off the other plug if it is removable, they often are.
