10'' rim ???

hi everyone. Does anyone know what rim to use to make a front 10'' wheel for a 86 250r ? and what all needs to be done to modify it to fit on a stock hub lug pattern ? any help or ideas are appriciated ,thanks.:wondering

just a heads up, Xowner is a great seller and his 10" wheels are awesome. I am running one on my 86 310R bike and love it.
