scouring ebay for 70 parts i came across this.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1979-Honda-ATC70-rolling-chassis-full-suspension-A-Swing-Arm-Shock-/290889772305?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item43ba61ad11&vxp=mtr

i got a laugh out of this one. i like the idea and think it could possibly work but not like this. i sure hope no one is bidding on it thinking its an A+. my guess is it was the sellers project and went well until he tried to put a chain to it.

You can weld a sprocket to the magneto, then it will be aligned....

looking at his list of mods:
-Custom 20.5" Swing Arm
-10.5" aluminum nitrogen shock
-Original Equipment Tool
-1982 ATC250R Rear Hubs
-1982 ATC250R Wheels
-1982 ATC250R Lower Triple Clamp milled and drilled with ATC70 stem welded in.
-1982 ATC250R Top Triple Clamp milled flat and drilled for ATC70 Bar Clamp
-1988 ZB50 Handle Bars
-Hybrid 1982 ATC250R Forks shortened ~6"
-1982 ATC250R Front Hub Assembly
-1982 ATC250R Front Brake Assembly (Rotor, Caliper, Line, and Master Cylinder)
-CRF50 Wiring Harness
-Trail Bikes Rev Box (velcro'ed in frame)

It doesnt seem like this thing would run as good as the time and money spent on it make it seem. If i was going to spend my time making bunches of custom swingarms, milling trip trees and spending money on aftermarket stuff it would be for something like my X or a 250r!
