brake caliper bracket problem 200x

ok I cant figure out how to get the allen bolt that holds the bracket to the caliper I need to take it off so I can swap my busted 200x one for a nice pretty new cr85 caliper but have to get that stupid bolt off to swap them please help lol

You can't get one of the bolts off that holds it? Like whats it doing?? Not moving or just spinning??

Impact gun.
Heat and beat.
Soak in kroil or tranny fluid + acetone mix.

thanks guys it was stuck I soaked it in some pb lube and impact and it came out cleaned it up oiled it now slides great. now off to swapping out for new axle bearings frame got a fresh coat of red paint and get her back to a rolling chassis then engine clean up its burning oil pretty bad so was just going to order a upper set and a new std bore 12.1 piston
