Hi guys ive just removed the rubber seals on my tri zinger to find out they have been welded up is this factory or are the forks meant to work? also does anyone have any forks forsale if they are meant to move? cheers

Its factory welds so you cant replace the seals on the legs, but you should still have up and down movement on the forks, unfortunately the legs are no longer available from Yamaha. do you mean that the inside leg is welded to the outer tube?

Hi yes the inside leg is welded to the tube :(

Thats to bad, you can try looking on ebay or putting an ad in the atv classifieds on here for a new front end. good luck

a buddy of mine had a tri zinger and it needed parts ..we stopped at our local grocery store and there mounted on a 75 cent kiddie ride was a tri zinger....forks worked..brakes worked and had the original dunlop tires holding air!..we finally ran into the guy who owned it and he said he had dozens of the rides that didnt work with the little bikes mounted on them and we could scrounge them for parts...for 150 bux we almost made off with enough parts to build 2 other trikes...the engines arent even gutted!!
