i am trying to find hints and help on how to rebuild or fix the magneto and figure out why my husbands three wheeler is not getting any spark.
we do not have the wiring harness for the light hooked up at all. i would really like some help. we have three tecates and we are trying to rebuild two of them.

Does he have or know how to read an OHM meter?

Try cdi's from other bikes then coil next then stators.

What do you mean by rebuild or fix the magneto?

If you need one you can get an inexpensive one from Rickey's Stators.

the magneto that we do have on this bike ricky stator i guess fixed it up and we tried to put some of its part on a different bike that had only one thing wrong. it needed a new
piston. well my husband and i put them together and well it seized the motor.
i think that we are going to try and get a good ohms meter that reads right.
