Had a great day on sunday, with my old mate who i grew up with,a bit of a story here that i want to share it with you, when i was 11-12 my mate got a tri z as a christmas prezzie, yellow 85 we are the same age, so we were thinking he got it 86 or 87 a serious bike for lads our age, i pestered my mum and dad and got a 85 yellow a year later... great great times!! alot more freedom to ride where you wanted not like now, anyway i moved out of the area in my twentys i sold my bike possibly 95-96 and my mate moved to australia, lost touch with each other... so as you know i bought the 86 red about a month ago, just as i bought my bike about a month ago i bumped into another old mate who told me my mate had moved back to england, anyway got his number phoned him..talking, catching up,as you do and mentioned i had bought a tri z to my amazment he still had his original one but it had been in a garage for close to 15 years he was buzzing that i had bought one and i was buzzing he still had his old one so for the last three weeks he has been sorting it out, and he got it going last week and we went out sunday... talk about a blast from the past fu##ing brilliant!!! wow best day i have had for a long long time!! bikes ran great, though mine was running a bit rich.....what a day he bought his 8 year old son with him who didnt even know his dad had trike so a quality day all round ,he didnt ride but was made up on the back feeling a power band for the first time ,here some photos enjoy! i did! first picture is me just so you can put a face to the name brewy.

The yellow Tri Z is really cracking, but the white one is the dog's bollocks! Great to see that I'm not the only guy out there reliving his youth again!

Congrats on the reunion. It is rare that he still had his original machine, doesn't happen very often. As for reliving ones youth, count me in ! :beer
