We finally got ours finished Wednesday and are just nutt & bolt checking everything before our first race Saturday. It's a Pro Stock, which is basically a Late Model with a less powerful engine. We don't have a cubic inch limit but we are limited to iron blocks & heads and hydraulic cams. We are running a 383 c.i Chevy at 13:1 with race fuel and 2,700lbs. I will have better pics today of the car but this one will do for now.

Great looking car. I've never owned one but been around it all my life. My daughter's boyfriend (18 yrs old) drives at our local tracks. He drives a limited late model,(sportsman, steel head etc.) different names at different

tracks. I think they run a 604 crate engine, and he is pretty good at it, 2 feature wins last year. His cousin has 3 cars, crate, limited, and super late. I grew up going to the races with their fathers, now I'm watching the kids

race. My family spends almost every Sat. night during the summer at a dirt track. Green Valley and Talladega are not far from me. This weekend is the Crate Nationals at Green Valley. I'll probably be down there amongst the

other rednecks.

Good Luck on your racing season, Hope you don't brake much, Win some money, and collect several "Feature Winner" decals for that quarter panel

You can't burnout on dirt though!

Looks like fun. How much do you have invested?
