Big Red rear brake lever differences

I'm look at Rear brake levers on Ebay and one seller has two for sale for the same model. I've got the 83 200E. Check out these pictures and tell me what the difference is here. I emailed him and he told me that's a parking brake, but i don't think so.

is it possible he has both sides? and ones just flipped over?

The one on the top is what you want, and it is a parking brake...that little lever flips over and keeps the brake held. BTW, what else do you need for your trike? I just finished up an 83 200e and 85 200m resto and have some good parts left over...Tampa isn't that far away.

Cool, you're on the other coast I think. I do need a couple more things that Weezy didn't have. I'll let you know.

I know the wire flippy thing is the brake, but what's with the rusty bar bolted to the other lever? I don't remember seeing that on ATVs. Think I'll go with the other since it also includes the mount.

The rusted bar looks like a poor fix for something, I'd stay away from it too....

Any chance one of the later style levers will fit? I like the later style parking brake better than the wire.

Yeah it'll work...I don't even think you need to swap out the perches either
