Where do you find the year stamped on the frame of a 83-84 alt trail buddy also i need a new flywheel,mine has fins on it but when i go online to order one they dont have them ,there all round.are they after market threewheeles

The VIN should be right on the neck. I have a flywheel for an ALT50 if you want it $25.00 shipped anywhere in the continental 48. They are not aftermarket. They were part of Suzuki's ALT line.

The Universal standardized VIN decoder breakdown says there is no number 0 for the 10th digit on atv's at least from 1971 thru 2010 according to the VIN year decoding chart shown in the link below.

Match the 10th digit of your VIN to the chart to decode the year of your bike.
