Hello

Check and set float level per manual. Float level may be too high or too low.

Remove pilot jet and clean with a single wire from a wire wheel or a number drill.

Spray cleaner into pilot hole and make sure it comes out inside the carb bore.

If plug is black replace it.

Remove the plug after trying to start it for 20 seconds when it is cold. Is the plug dry, slightly damp or extremely wet?

Is the plug spark weak pale yellow or strong pale blue?

Are you leaving the gas on? It’s possible the needle is leaking slightly causing the engine to flood after sitting a while.

Does it smoke and if so what color, lite gray or black?

Does it idle?

How cold is it where you are when starting it?

Does it burble/stutter upon acceleration or does it simply fail to build rpm?

What are the jet sizes in the carb?

What is the plug number?

What color is the plug?

1. almost white?
2. lite tan?
3. dark tan?
4 dry black?
5. damp gooey black?

Hello

Cool quick easy fix.

What oil are you using EXACTLY. Most bikes and oil mix at 32:1.
