View Full Version : Honda 200S Front Forks on a '84 200ES Big Red?

The forks on my '84 200ES are a little sloppy. I have a spare set from a 200s. The neck and fork length look pretty close between the two, but the width of the S forks is about an inch less than the Big Red's.
Do I have to use the S wheel to use the S forks?

Without going out and looking at the one i helped with a while back, i am pretty certain we used the 200ES wheel since it had the better tire of the two parts trikes that got put together to make a decent rider. His 200ES forks were shot.

I researched a bit more on this site, and it appears I may have to go to a 22" tire in order to use the S forks -- I'd really

I think your right... Its been so long since i looked at that hodge podge of moving parts... But hey it runs good! LOL

Can you bolt the s forks into the es triples and use the es front tire.
