I got a 250R given to me. Got it running. Gas mixed 32:1 Has a DG pipe and silencer on it but doesn't seem to fit properly. Seems bigger than flange on cylinder. Silencer doesn't bolt up properly. Runs rough until it gets into the main jet.I think someone put the pipe from the wrong cycle on it maybe from a bike or quad. Maybe pilot is to big. I'm gonna tear it down again tomorrow to clean carb again and check jetting. Needle clip is on second from the top. Compression is 130 warm throttle wide open.Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.Steve
