How do I put pictures in my profile album

How do i set a picture from my profile album to my profile icon picture or how do i set a profile icon picture? Plz help!!

And Jim i believe you just uploaded the pics off your computer to that host site then onto the album you want in your profile albums.

And also never mind i just found the settings button at the top right corner on this website where i can set up my profile pictures and avatars.
