I think it would be a great idea if someone could repro this cover with the ATC logo on it, can it be done? I am sure it would be a good seller, I sure would buy one in a heartbeat.

I can get the logo on a cover, no problem, question is where to get a cover that fits an ATC, all new ones are quad. There was a member selling covers awhile back. There is a local boat cover guy, maybe he could stitch something up, but as usual it will be low qty and not "cheap".

Thats a start, maybe he could do something that would work.

And im sure there is 3 wheel motorcycle covers, maybe they would work too. Then you just slap some atc logos on them and your good to go.

He IS doing something that works. A quote from his feed back thread reads:

I have actually had many dealings with Ryan. Awesome guy. Straight forward and honest ! This time was for 3 of his/ their covers.. WOW !!!! Guys,,you cannot MAKE these for his price. No way,, seriously,,unless you work for slave labor. I am VERY blown away at the quality! These things would be good going down the road! I just want them to keep dust off. I couldn't be happier. Amazing thought and craftsmanship put into these!! Buy without hesitation

I know it works, i could find ones that would work. But the whole thing with this thread was to find reproduction looking covers. They just look like any old covers, which is not a problem to me by any means, they look great. But get what i was trying to say by something that would "work"?

Perhaps you can just make one yourself to closely mimic the Honda line original ?
My wife made this one for my 250 Bigred years ago. I did not have the rear spot light on it back then when she measured it out.
The best quality rip stop material back then was kinda pricey but her labor she charged was very costly :)

Thats another option. I suppose as long as you get a red one like the one in your picture. Make some stencils and paint them on with something that would hold up well on that material/weather. Do it clean enough and nobody would even know.

Anything new on these covers?

Has anyone found a good quality cover that is solid red? Something that is soft and repels water , just will have to find a way to put the "ATC" logo on it. I haven't found a cover yet but here is a picture to give an idea of what I am looking for

No idea. I was ready to buy one before but nobody had one that I was looking for. Now that I have no money it's kinda not high on the list right now. Would love to see these repopped but I feel they would be expensive if they were in the 3ww shop.

I am sure I will find a good cover with enough searching but it must be light , soft unlike a regular tarp and solid red. I am sure I can find a place that can print the ATC logo on them.

Bump this up. I was just thinking about these today while working in the shop. Any news?

There has got to be a solid red cover out there that we could just have the "ATC" stenciled on.

This is what I found on the net and this cover comes in different sizes! I think it would be the perfect cover, just needs the Hondaline and ATC logo! http://www.seekpart.com/company/94993/products/20127497357963662241197.html

I was actually thinking of buying the red material and sewing up my own. Then using white of the same material stencil out Honda.. Maybe Big Red too. I want thin material that would fold into the trunk for when camping out on the bob house I could cover it from the snow in style.

Yea I agree, Many other things that I would rather break my piggy bank open for before I dropped that kind of $$ on a cover. And the reserve isn't even met.... Tho it does look to be in good shape :D

YUP! I have been talking to him about this today, I gave him all my deminsions of my 1987 200X and he said they look to be very close to the covers he has for the 250SX. Once I receive mine I will post the fitment , they look sweet in the pictures. Glad we got someone to come up with this!

That's excellent! What is the price going to be?

I can't really say but they are much cheaper than the NOS covers, he may even do a matching storage bag for a bit more. They take a lot of time to turn out perfect so he can't give them away, jakestrawn is the member here that's making them. It cost me a little extra but he is making me the storage bag and adding the "HONDALINE" on the back side for me.

Make sure you post pics when you get it. I'm sure many people (myself included) will want to see.
