200s smokes my 200m

So I have a 200x with a 200m top, 185 bottom, original piston, original rings. Doesn't smoke and I can't check compression because I wrecked the threads in the head, i can get plugs in just fine though.. maybe the compression nozzel thing is just a hair bigger or something.

My cousin has a 250cc 2 stroke polaris trailblazer thing that does 53 about, his barely beats my 200x which does 50 tops. So before i raced the 200s i figured i'd race his polaris with the 200s... the thing SMOKES the polaris.. i mean destroys it lol... this 200s kept up on take off with a 2 stroke and ended up passing it on 4th gear.. 4TH!!!! I beat him by like 2 car lengths.

I took off in 4th gear on the 200s and it takes off just as fast in 4th as my 200x does in 2nd gear.. =/ Then i tried wheelies(this is iffy because its a rigid vs swingarm plus 200s is WAY smaller than my 200x) but I could do wheelies on the 200s easily in 3rd.. i can't get my 200x over a foot in 3rd.

So now that you know whats going on lol, maybe you can tell me if either that 200s has a high comp piston or my 200x just has low compression. (its got great low end power, great hillclimber, good top, decent acceleration)

200X:
11 - 40 Sprockets
200M top - 185 bottom
22 inch rear tires
Motor is an 84

200S:
11 - stock rear
200S Motor
22 inch rear tires
86 200S

Im looking at new rings right now lol I can't deal with getting smoked by a 200s, the thing is as big as a 185s to.... baby machine.

The 200s is a great machine, not a baby machine.

Lol i called it a baby machine because its tiny, I thought they were big like the 200m.. there no bigger than a 185.

I also found out mine tops out at 40 now.. lol when it used to be 50. I can barely get the front end up in 1st gear.. still no smoke so I guess compressions just getting down there. Not surprising for a 29 year old machine that was beat on before my grandpa got it.
