A center punch will loosen the clutch nut and the 110 rear axle threads into the flywheel on the 70-80 atc90/110 to remove it . If its a CDI motor the flywheel needs the special puller .

Special puller? Can't just use a bolt into the flywheel on the CDI model? Gotta ask because i haven't seen a CDI 90 in person so now you got me curious!!

The clutch socket is cheap, you can do it as Shortline mentioned, but when i bought mine off ebay it was like $12 and it works on so many Honda's it was worth the investment. You can make one too with a grinder and a socket.

also if anyone knows how the cdi ignition works that would be great to inform me.. on the one with it i removed it from its original frame and most of the wiring broke. when i went to rewire it i noticed that instead of 1 wire for points (which would be normal for a normal atc 90) it has 2 wires that come from it. what are they? ones green and ones blue. im stumped so far

Those wires go to the cdi box . I would guess u put a 90 head on a 110. I would also rob the wiring off the trike and get the cdi box . I think gren is ground. But the easiest thing would grab the whole wiring harness of other trike. Ill take a look on my
110 and look at the clymer manual and make sure on that.
