250sx deal or not?

Found this on craigslist. he said that all it needs is a battery and is asking $700. do you think this would be a good buy?

If it run and rides good id say yes defiantly if it has a title. I paid more for my 85 250sx was all orginal but if that rides smooth id say its worth that. Either way these have kick starts i would still test ride it first or hook a battery up.
