If 100 bikers all chip in to buy land for a riding park I am sure the investment would not be too expensive. All who chip in have to pay taxes for the property. Is there a way we can get something going and do this regionally ?
North South East West coast. Mid west ect
I was speaking to a riding park owner and he told me if there are more than one deed holders to the property no one can be held liable in a court of law for physical damages.
Is there anyone who would be interested or has ideas ?
With all the members here in this community I bet the majority of bikers don't have a place they can ride.

They are building a ATV park 5 minute away from me, ill let you know if its ATC friendly. I think its 6,500+ Acres?
I took this picture today, they were doing more work on a track. Its still just a big field right now though.

Buying and building the park would be the cheapest part...
Insuring it would be astronomical.

Yeah but if it was privately owned by each biker who invested in it then it would not be a riding park. It would be property that is privately owned so the only people who can ride it
are the bikers who pay the taxes on it. There is no insurance needed and no one to sue.

Yes let me know when and if they will allow ATC. Also if you know a good place I can sleep besides my Honda CRV let me know. Thats a long way for just one day. I would make it like a 5 day ride and then go home. BTW the land looks great and so does the ghost. Real nice.

That looks good. Central PA is not that long of a trip from Rochester I'd be interested too.
Do you know what the name of the place will be?

Supposedly there will be tracks, trails, camping, hunting, food, showers, etc. So you could stay for more than one day and it not be a hassle and It be worth it. When I'm home tomorrow I will actually make a thread about it to let some people in the surrounding area know. Pictures, information, the works. Ill try to contact them about ATC's since the park is still in its early stages. Maybe I'll actually see a fellow trike rider, I have only seen one my whole life out there besides my family.
