Maier quit making them a long time ago and they are rare, especially the red ones! My 250r came with a set of white ones and I had no idea they were special until I posted pics here and got flooded with PM's. I ended up having a guy buy me a new set for them even though I could have gotten more but I'm not the type of person that tries getting every penny I can out of something. I honestly don't like them, they do not look good in my opinion and rub the tires if you are running anything bigger then 18".

Thats funny, cause ive never seen a white set until you posted yours:cool: I have seen several red sets trade hands in the last few, none for more than 2 bills tho:wondering

I emailed this guy when he was advertising them in his westcoast add. He said he was offered over $500. I told him he better jump on it. He said he thinks they are worth more and I guess he wasn't lying.lol

i agree they are very ugly and i may be stupid but what is the advantage of them? in there defense the tecate low pros are even worse

They sit a few inches lower then stock and allow better movement off the sides of your seat. They also give the allusion that your trike is lowered.

I have a few sets of red ones, I Would LOVE a set of White ones, Still looking for Low Pros for the 200X,250R and 350X.
$1,000 is a little to high for me, But if they sell, Makes mine worth more...:beer

I agree those white ones are sweet! I dont think I payed more than $100 for the set I have now.

A couple months ago a guy had a set for a liquid r and a second gen r on craigslist here in ny.He was asking $125 for the liquid r set they were used but looked new.The second gen set was new he was asking $150 for those.He didnt respond back to anyone that emailed.These fenders are for flat track racing.
