Hi there new here im :wondering if a klt200c is a good three wheeler is it worth much?. some one gave me it it was sittin in a barn for 10 years seams like in great shape the only problem is the spark plug threads are completely striped out:cry:

depends what you mean by "great shape". the value depends on the eng size and model also. if it looks almost new AND it is running might be up to $1000.00, hard to tell.

Stripped plug threads should be easy to fix with a heli-coil kit.

its in ok shape too me its in great shape lol the plastics are all intact but faded need to get a heli-coil kit to see how good a shape the moter and trans are I will try to get a pic of it

do I need to remove the head to do the heli-coil kit or is there any way around it?

No need to remove the head. Make sure the piston is down, drill and tap the hole, then take an air blow gun and stick the end in the plug hole and blow the shavings back out the hole. I've done a bunch like this and never had a problem. Some people put grease on the drill bit and tap to catch the shavings. My thought on this method is if some gets in the cylinder, it's going to be more difficult to blow them out because of the grease making the shavings stick to the piston or cylinder. Just my opinion, but I prefer to drill and tap spark plug holes dry, no cutting oil even.
