1989 Suzuki QuadSport 250

Any info on these? Grabbing one for my girlfriend..
Top speed? Clutch/Kickstart? 2 or 4 stroke?
Parts hard to find? What are they worth?
I found a running one for $600 thats in good condition all it needs is rear plastic. Good deal? or not. LMK!

Hard to find parts for is pretty much all that can be said and when you do they are pricey. Rear plastics will run you close to $400. No after markets for those. I have a 1990 the only other year these
were made. They are a 4-stroke side kicker 5-speed with clutch. Top speed I think I read was around 50mph or so. Little to no after market add-ons are available. Front lower a-arms ball joints are not replaceable.
Replacement lower arms are over $200ea.
