Man I hope so. I ordered these from fleabay advertised as 200es. So does anyone know if these are the same? I'm working on them tomorrow I guess we will find out.

Nope the 200ES has the same shoes as the other 200cc models..

200E, 200M, 200S...

Also if you buy those ones you may have to wear down some of the material with a file just to get them inside the drum..they are thicker than the OEM shoes.

Spend a few bucks more and get the OEM!!

Last i tried the OEM wasn't available for the 200ES, got put on backorder for a month than i gave up and got some off eBay. Those VB-135's are exactly what my 200ES has though, they do fit. I didn't have to file or sand them down, they went right in. You have to back off the brake adjustment all the way to get the brake assembly apart, after you put the new shoes in you won't need more then a few turns of adjustment on the cable to get them to grab fast! I have had good luck with them.

The Vesrah's are made in Japan and really good quality. There is some other cheapos on eBay that are made in china, i tried them and they didn't fit!

I had fair luck with EBC. Anyway, the 250ES FRONT brake shoes are the same EBC part number as the 200 series REAR shoes. I'm not 100% sure if this is across all brands of brake shoes, but it would make sense that they would be the same.

FYI - Make sure your brake drum surfaces are in good shape, or it will eat your brakes up in a hurry.
