1986 3 wheeling magazine

Here is all 12 issues of 3 wheeling magazine from 1986. The infamous april 86 tri-z issue. The 86 350x. 86 250r. 86 200x. So much in these 12 issues.

Ive seen single issues bring upwards of $50 each before. so $120 isnt too bad.

What are your thoughts?

Ya. Thats the plan. I want to make scans of all the good ads and articles. I have had alot of trouble finding good scans of some of these, so I want to make quality scans of them.

The same seller has the full 12 issues of 85 3 wheeling magazine, with the 86 atc 250r. Cagiva 200. Tiger 500. And he has some 3 4 wheel action up, one which has the write up on the 87 Tecate. I want them all. But I cant afford any more.

I just contacted the seller if he/she were to sell both the 1985 and 1987 collection for a reasonable price. If I were to buy them, I'd be happy to scan them for everyone to enjoy :)

Ya. Darius. That is one of the articles I was looking forward to. That one and the April 86 issue with the 86 tri-z.


Its weird. In the 86 250r article, it mentions a bunch of engine differences between 85 and 86. I thought for the most part, the engines were identical. I am going to start a thread about it.

I should have them today or monday. I checked the sellers other listings, and they are all gone. Either he saw the 84 issue with the 85 250r that just sold for $50, and he took em down to rethink his prices, or someone bought them all. Hopefully ironbear got em.

Maybe you could contact one of the owners of the site and they could do something with it. Kinda like how we have links to the Honda brochures and all that stuff. If they feel its that historically important.

There's some real cool stuff in these mags. A big article on a phase 5 kit for the tri-z. Crf ads. Klemm ads.

I might just do full mag scans. But a lot is the same ads. A lot of these mags are black and white too.
