They are even more than the Honda's.

I could be wrong, but I suspect shill bidding. Each auction has two bidders taking the price up to wacko land. Plus the T3 guards still have 5 days left on them. Unless you have stupid deep pockets, no one shows their cards with that much time left on some fork guards.

If you have that kind of money to spend on these, why wouldn't you just wait until the auction has a few seconds left and throw up a stupid number to snipe them?

Like I said I could be wrong, but I never trust anyone selling stuff on ebay unless I know the person and know its 100% legit. I had a '89 TRX250r NOS hood decal. A few months before I sold mine two of them went for close to $200 each from the same seller. I think mine sold for $30-$40.lol I guess there were only two rich guys in the US looking for the same decal and I just missed the boat?

probably the worst thing you can put on your forks . They scratch the forks really bad just rubbing on them Rocks get caught in them and grind on the rotors . I had a pair in the 80"s and threw them away after about a week. there junk

Although I did sell a used set a couple years ago for 125.00 on ebay. Oddly enough I ended up with the same set again when I bought the bike that they went on. The second time I listed them I think I got 60.00 for them. I seen a white set this past winter,. still new in the bag that sold for 20.00 or 25.00.

Ya. If it wasnt, I would run down to the old school dealer down the road from me and grab every old maier plastic bag off his wall. He would prob let em go cheap too. This guy has a wall full of em. Mostly KX500 and CR I think though.

Not sure who ended up with it but one of the bidders is a known hoarder.

I just realized who you were referring to and I have sold him a few things. I'm surprised he let them get away to tell you the truth, because money seems to be no object for this guy. I would love to see his stash.
