High RPM miss

Well got my 200x back up a running after doing rear bearings. So this as been bugging me and can not figure out why the bike has a miss at high RPM's. I bought with work already been done such as (White Bros megalloy and air box mod. I was told it had been jetted; but? ) just not sure where to start.
