Hey all, just wanted to share a problem i had and how I fixed it. My 82 honda 185S would run for 20mins and lose spark. After it cooled it would start and run another 20min.and lose spark again. I checked out all ignition components and everything fell in specs. It was driving me crazy. It ended up being a short in the pulser coil. When it was cool it would read the 30 to 40 ohms it should, but when it got hot, the ohm were reading like .001. the new pulser coil when hot actually reads about 55 ohms. Hopefully this will save someone some time and headache..have a nice day
