It's hard to tell from just that one picture but I see what you mean.

It's a pretty cool bike but I wouldn't go through that hassle to make it street legal. My trikes handle like trailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro on the road. Especially my 200x with all it's blown out bearings and one overinflated tire. (The one in my sig)
