Hi guys. I've just bought a klt 200 that's been stood for years. I've cleaned the carb, replaced fuel line, changed the spark plug coil and ht cap/lead. Still can't get it to run. It will fire up sometimes with the choke on and run with the choke on for around 10 seconds then cut out. Smoke everywhere. I don't have a air filter on it if this will effect it in this way, thinking it might be flooding not over sure. The fuel line goes from the tank to the pump then from the pump to the carb is this right? As there's a nipple on the top of the tank I have no idea what it's for. Also don't know if the air fuel mixture is right. First time I've owned something like this. Any help is appreciated guys thanks
