You really need to measure up the bore and see if its good enough for a new set of rings, chances are if your looking for rings she is smoking? If thats the case its probably time for a bore and hone and a new piston and rings.

Yea smokes pretty bad has new valves and seal and adjusted right so my guess is it needs new rings but new piston also? If bore is still good can I just hone it and add new rings one size bigger? Can I do it my self or is it just better to go to shop ?

If the bore is still within spec you can hone it and then put in a new set of stock size rings, thats your only choice without having to bore it out, but you need a bore gauge and take some accurate measurements to see if its still within spec as shown in the service manual. If your not within spec then its time for a bore to a new size, then you need an oversize piston and rings for the new bore size. You can't just go up a size on the rings using a stock size piston hoping for a good seal. The cylinder wears out into an egg shape, the walls aren't square. When you bore it out you make everything square again and then because you went larger than stock you now need a larger piston and rings to match it.

I would find a shop and have them do it, let them measure it and see if its ok to hone it instead, but i would guess if your blowing smoke its time for a full bore job.
