carb to air box boot to short

the boot from the carb to air box is to short on one of my 200x's i tried it on another 200x it was to short on that one also like it shrunk or something? how can i stretch it back out? or is it off some different trike and just looks exactly like a 200x boot its just a little to short not much.

Use a heat gun or boil it in water .

Thanks for the tip ill try boiling it I don't have a heat gun thanks
