Ignition Control Module

I was going through my spare parts box that came with a 1985 250R when I bought it and have come across an ignition control module. I was wondering if there's any way to tell what it's for? One would assume that it's for a 250R, but I've found some other things in this box that certainly are not for this trike (ignition plate by the handlebars, carburetor for an '83 250R).

Pictures will help to start narrowing it down at least. Might not be able to totally narrow it down, but you'll be able to eliminate a lot of machines that it is NOT for with a pic.

What numbers are on the box? Normally they put them on the plug area. It should have code like HAO, VM3, ect. That is normally the easiest way to get an idea.

The only numbers I can find are 964 on one of the ends of the box.
