Just want to clarify.. Would you read this carb as a Keihin PD35D? Pulled this off my 185s engine year unknown.. Didnt see this model carb in my haynes manual, wondering what it was off originally..

Thanks!180796

Yep. I just verified my carb was stock on my '84 200s today by comparing the part number specified in my manual to those numbers on the carb.

Took the float bowl off the PD35D and half of the float was gone!? like disintegrated.. Looked in the shop and found another PD35D took the float bowl off that carb and yup. same thing.. Any one seen these atc carbs eat up half of the black plastic floats before? .. I found a PD35A and that carb looks pretty clean on the inside.. Since I havent found any info on the PD35D yet im not sure if these carbs are interchangeable or maybe I can swap a jet or two around?

Thanks in Advance...

Was it clean otherwise? Only thing I can think of is if someone put the whole carb into a can of carb cleaner and left it there for a long time. I'm not actually sure how badly it eats plastic/rubber though, since I've always removed that before soaking in the carb cleaner.

PD35A was what came stock on the 185, 185S and 200 model honda ATC's.

Here's OEM specs for you as well.
