I have 3 right now. I have 2 original 70's, an 84 and an 85. I own a custom built 3 wheeler that has a estart piranha 150.

I'm new and was wondering who else has the bug as bad as me?

Thanks BBTank

When my budget allows it I would like to. I got offered 2 days ago for a pair of 85's and he has a 88cc kit that went with it.
I like the look of the atc70, but the 2-stroke yt60 might also be calling my name.

I have a 1981, a 1984 and the frame, forks and a tank for a Christmas special. They are fun even with no suspension!!(they are also inexpensive)

That is a beautiful site. Do you have any more pics of the red one on the left with the extended swing and suspension?

I've got stretched and widened one with a 140 cc hand clutch motor. I have been building a strokes and bored 90 motor for another one. I also have a Suzuki alt50. They are smaller than a 70. Almost looks like a G.I. Joe toy.

The list of members without a 70 bug might be a shorter list!

Being new to the site, I had no idea how many of you had one. I'm thinking about a part time business (more for fun) and build a few of these 70's a year. I've been a mechanic of one sort or another for a waaaaaay long time, so it's not a problem for me to fabricate just about anything that would be needed.

I've worked on mach 3+ aircraft, the ATC70 shouldn't be a problem.

Oh crap I got it bad. I actually sold all my ATC 70s and finally the Potty Quad TRX 70, thinking I was over 70s. Then I bought 2 more projects within a month. It's bad.

Sold:

181458181459181460 there's an 83 in there...

Bought:

181461

If I wasn't married, I'd have a dozen of these stupid things.

That is kind of a dumb question to ask on this site http://www.3wheelerworld.com/showthread.php/98378-Mad-70s-In-action!!?highlight=mad+70s

I'm down to four right now. 2 nice 85's, a pile of parts put together with a china 110 motor with pull start conversion, and a Christmas special that I'm building for my daughter with an automatic (no shifting) 110 china motor. It's going to be a while to finish it, my daughter is only 2.

I don't think it's a dumb question at all. Maybe to you, but I don't think you're dumb, I'd like the same consideration. Thanks

I wish someone around me would get bit by the bug and buy the one I have in my garage.

I just bought my 1st a couple weeks ago..my 1st. Great shape and runs really well..

181638

At 6'3" and 240lbs it won't be a daily rider for sure..but over the winter I'll consider what fun or trouble I might be able to get into with it!

It might end of being drained of fuel and used as 'wall art' in my shop cuz it's so cute..we'll see!

Only three at the moment, the "Lady Bug" 83', a 73' and an 81. The 73 and 81 get ridden all the time, the "Lady Bug" only sparingly (don't want to crack the clear coat on the plastic)

Will do as soon as I get the front ski done. Were stuck to the packed trails already so the track/ski setup will come in handy.

I bought the set up off Big Schott out of Minnesota, he did the grunt work, I just added the fenders. I'm going to fab up some shocks and the ski like I mentioned. The tracks are off a NOMA Canadiana Snowblower.

Bit big time. I have an 85, 84, and a 83 Xmas the 85 is stretched with a 192cc motor not fun to ride!! The 84 is a 146cc motor the daily driver and a Xmas special that no one rides. Full restoration except for the maier plastic. All purchased with in a month.
I will be setting up an adult ice ride for the 70s in central ma when the ponds freeze. Also a hockey game may break out as usual.
I will post the ride times in the proper forum.
