my 200x is really a pain to start when its cold. When its cold ill get a workout starting it, like kicking it 100 times. It makes me not want to ride it but i love that thing. Any advice? Its all stock and missing some exhaust gasket so its loud haha.

How cold is it? If you're below 30deg and the motor is cold soaked, ya, it will be hard to start.

It is a Honda. They are cold blooded from the get go. Fix exhaust leaks and make sure there is a air cleaner on it. New plug could help.

I modified my 185s up to a 200x engine last year and went through a lot of trial and error. What I found got mine running the best was replacing the the carb. I put a EBAY $25 unit on about 3yrs ago and it started and ran great until a few weeks ago it was starting really hard and fouling plugs. So I ordered another carb and she starts like new and has more power than ever. Be sure you buy a jet kit though. They come with a 98 main jet and I found 110 worked best for me. Plugs are cheap too always try that first. Good Luck
