View Full Version : honda 200e fork extensions?

Hey guys buddy's dad has a set of fork extensions been sitting in his garage for years for a 83 200e he used to have never used them asked if I could use them for mine I have no idea what they do or there purpose any info on these would be great they look like metal plates with bolts. Thanks

I'm not a expert but it sounds like something I wanna do to my 200s. Sounds like they extend the forks so it basically gives the wheeler a lift in the front end. I just used Google and I found this link. hope it helps/works.

Its suppose to extend the front wheel out making it more stable, maybe reduce the wheelie factor, stuff like that i guess. I dont think i ever saw them on a big red though.

For an idea of how they look here is this. Just taken from another members thread.

Put them on, take some pics, and share how it works. Couldnt hurt to try. And even NOS ones are not expensive, so you wont be losing out or anything. Might as well give it a try.
