I also am curious to see about doing this for a Tri-Z.

i believe my brother atc-eric has a set of pro taper fat bars on his tri-z and he runs the risers and stock cables etc. There should be enough cable length on the atc for risers. I would go with some of the pro taper low bend 1 1/8" bars, they look decent and i think about 70$ shipped on ebay. risers for them are gonna be about 50 or so bucks though.

I trying the 1 1/8" bar mounts.

No Adapters and a Pro Taper ATV High Bend bar. So far the mounts are going to work and the High Bend bar is similar to the stock handle bar. This is on my Tri Z 250.

From what I can measure, the bars I like on my R's are some sort of dirt bike low rise, wide, and not much sweep.

I am not using fat bars with adapters though.
