My first ATV was a '70 ATC90 that I bought with paper route money back in the mid 70s and sold it for bigger & faster. Fast forward to today and I found this '77 ATC90 locally; wish it was a little older, but it was cheap. My 12 year old is into off-roading and thought this was pretty cool. It's going to be his first "project" and I'll let him rebuild it with my help. Most everything is there except for the obvious. Motor isn't locked up, but the hi/low lever is locked up; hopefully an easy fix. I do my own powder coating, so mosts of it will get coated. Will probably be picking you guys' brains for help along the way!
