pretty happy i found one in great shape... the motor is super quiet doesn't smoke and has great compression. it has a clarke tank on it which looks over sized to me. this is my first trike!

got it for 1100

VERY nice.
Make sure you check the rear axle gear oil or change it....only 3 point 3 oz.
Plastic tank means no rust.

Be careful or you'll wind up with a few more.

Nice, from what I understand I understand in BC trikes are premium dollar..I sold a ATC125M last summer here for $900 to a guy near Vancouver and he arranged his own shipping from Ontario to BC.

I'd have to guess that getting clean 250ES there for $1100 is damned near theft!!

this one was imported from the states a few months ago the guy was also selling a 200x. pretty sure he imported to flip for profit said value is 500 on paperwork... nevertheless very happy with my purchase, going up to the coquihalla summit to rip some snow today

Does the guy still have the 200X? I would be interested in it, if he has it.

He probably still has it. I didn't start it but kicked it and it felt like it had a lot of compression. Had some stitching on the fender but otherwise good shape I'll bet he would take 900

The tank is not oversized. It is the same size as the metals. And even the metals you don't have to worry about rust much on these. I bought one sitting for 20 years and the gas cap seal worked great, no rust! Nice Big Red man! Posted a pic of mine. I won't tell you what I paid tho :)

Someone took good care of it for sure. The engine oil looks fresh and air filter looks brand new. Going to check the final drive soon

part of the reason i chose to get an ATC is because it fits thru the gate into my backyard, but juuust barely

Went for a ride the other day that was cut short when my low beam died. The high beam had already stopped working before. Gonna check the bulb but I doubt it's that it wasn't last time

Well it isn't the bulb. Also cleaned the contacts in the switch and checked the fuse it's fine. Tail lights come on when I switch headlight to on. So I guess it must be in the wiring somewhere. Any ideas?

How do those maeir rear fenders fit?did you notice there not original ?i also have a 85 250es I love it .looks like you need to ditch those nobbie tires on the back and get some chewers .but that's my opinion.i love bc my brother lives there.love the back ground in your last pic

They seem to fit well I noticed after I bought it that plastics don't all match. Love it here in bc but prob heading your way for work (welding).

Headlight bulb was dead the filaments were intact but not working there's 12v at the connector for both hi lo beam

Nice find, you are hooked and we all know it :D

Just as a heads up... if you get decals for the tank, you will need to use a plastic sealer to coat the outside. Otherwise the decals will fall off sooner than later.

Your ramp setup is nice, but I would suggest the true trifold ramp you can find at Canadian Tire or other such stores. It's safer and on that note,
get some ratchet straps to tie off your ramp(s) to your bumper or hitch, I had it happen once where the ramp got kicked out from under my tires as I was nearing the top
of the ramp. Luckily the trike got caught on the tailgate... barely.

You probably can't tell from the pic that there's straps on the ramps so it's safe.

I'm still amazed by the capability of this thing!
