My 185 was in need of a carb rebuild, so ordered a keyster kit; nice and complete but had a blip in my work and missed the moment. After slipping needle into it's hole in the slider, I want to be certain how the little horseshoe retainer is suppose to sit in there and do it's job. I assume it goes on top of needle's head and then spring holds it all in, right? I just want to be sure and can't really find a clear picture or diagram. I feel like it's a big sissy la la question but gotta learn sometime. Thank you

Yep, the e-clip goes in one of the slots in the needle. Then there's a V (or is it W lol) spring-like thing that installs over top. The throttle slide spring holds all of that down. I'll try to snap a picture of it tonight from my 200s - should be identical w/ the 185.

Sorry for the fuzzy pic but when installed correctly the keeper spring looks like this... I'll replace it with a better pic if needed.
